Double brick with intenal insulation, coated with cement and pained.

Roof terrace water proof and sealed with aspalt coating.
Inclined roof with Arabic tiles and thermal insulation.
Floors:
Interior stairs: marble "Blanco Tranco".
Exterior stairs: Gres (antisliding ceramic).
Ceramic floor tiles in kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes and laundry rooms.
Rustic gres on terraces, marble "Blanco Tranco" in the rest.
Wall tiling:
Ceramic tiles with decorative borderline.
Exterior joinery:
White lacquered aluminum
Iron banister with wooden handrail in stairs.
